GhostHosts is built for privacy. Here is exactly what we collect, store, and do not do.

What We Collect

• Payment provider and transaction IDs (for billing records)
• Account or checkout email address, when you provide one
• Website visits and basic browser/device information through website analytics
• Service usage metrics (CPU, disk, bandwidth — for capacity planning)

What We Do Not Collect

• Real names or legal identity documents
• Phone numbers
• Physical addresses
• Government-issued ID or KYC documents
• Payment card numbers, which are handled on hosted Whop checkout

Third Parties

Crypto payments are processed through BTCPay Server (self-hosted) and FixedFloat for multi-currency conversion. Card payments are processed by Whop on its hosted checkout; we do not store card numbers. Whop may request contact, billing or verification information under its own privacy rules. Website analytics and sign-in cookies are enabled on this site.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your active service plus 14 days after suspension. After that period, all data is permanently deleted.
